Before and after: Dry landscape changes of rivers and dams in Southeast

The volume of large rivers, such as the Piracicaba, fell sharply. Dams of Nova Odessa (SP) almost disappeared with drought.
The lack of rainfall that has battered the Southeast region of the country this year changed the landscape of towns situated along the rivers and dams in the region. The situation is considered more serious in Sao Paulo and southern Minas Gerais. Where once ran beds and rushing waterfalls, now there are only rocks, mud and vegetation that something resists sun.
